So, I am thinking about an exercise routine I can do to ease myself in a fitness lifestyle. I would usually start off carte blanche and end up quitting in a week or a few days. I finally realized that I’m not on anyone's clock. If I pace myself, I will transform into the fit machine that I want to be. I started a 21-day no soda challenge and it is going well. I have not craved soda for about two weeks. Five more days to go. I now want to do a 21 day fitness challenge. It will consist of a 10 minute treadmill challenge and Yoga. The treadmill challenge is really basic. I will be recording my distance and my time. How much can I do in 10 minutes for 21 days? I also want to stretch my muscles. I know Yoga will get them loose and limber. I want to lose a little body fat first before I start to strength train. Yes I know that strength training will burn more fat, but I find that I burn myself faster and lose interest faster when I start out with a full weight routine. I am going to start my fitness challenge on November 30, 2009. I need to think of a cool name for it too and blog my journey. Stay tuned.
